FACES is 6-year study which started in 2012. Commissioned by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and headed by the National Institute of Education (NIE). We aim to learn about how the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) benefits the children and their families, with the goal of improving the services. This is a landmark study on child development which we hope will impact both the early childhood and early intervention sectors.
