WELCOME, PARENTS!

If you have a child between 18 months and 6 years -11  months old, there are 3 ways you can get involved.

 

1) Sign up for a child assessment and fill up short surveys (Group 1)

OR

2) Fill up online surveys about your child (Group 2)** only 
OR online surveys about your well-being (Group 3)**only

OR

3) Fill up online surveys about your child (Group 2) AND yourself (Group 3)

 

Please note that you may only choose 1 of the 3 options.

For example, participating in option 1 (Group 1) will exclude you from option 2 (Group 2 or 3 only) and 3 (Group 2 and 3).

Group 1

1) Give consent for your child to be assessed with a series of developmental activities (e.g., picture naming, writing, simple movement tasks) that will take between 30 to 90 minutes to administer. Assessment can be done at your place of choice.

All surveys are available in these languages: English only, Chinese-English, & Malay-English.

Please indicate preference when writing in to us. Thank you.

Group 2

and 

Group 3

 

1) Complete demographic and child and/or parent surveys that will  take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

What will you get?
Joining Group 2 OR 3 ONLY:

  • A chance to enter our lucky draw for shopping vouchers worth S$30 each.

Joining Group 2 AND 3:

  • A chance to enter 2 lucky draws for 2 shopping vouchers worth S$30 each.

What will you get?
 

  • A summary of your child’s performance that will provide a profile of your child’s strengths.

2) Complete surveys about your child that will take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

We take confidentiality very serious and are bound by an ethic agreement with the Institutional Review Board of NTU.

All participation is anonymous and we will not distribute your information to a third party.
